Unsuccessful online payment
If you have not been able to pay for your order online, you can re-initiate the payment process in your customer account. To do this, log in to your profile and select the order for which you were unable to pay by credit card.
After an unsuccessful payment, an email with the subject line "Unsuccessful payment" will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. So it's okay if you're not registered. You just need to click on the link in the letter to initiate the online payment again.
In any case, we will send you a confirmation that the payment was successful.
If you do not wish to re-initiate the payment because you would prefer to change your payment method, you can let us know by going to the "Change order" section.
Your order will arrive in our system despite the unsuccessful online payment, so please let us know if you change your mind about the purchase.
