If you want to change an order that is being processed, you can do so by filling in the form below. Our colleague will send you a confirmation of the modification.
We are unable to process certain requests for changes depending on the status of the order.
For faster processing, please enter the full order number (format 34239-123456).
You can request changes to the following basic data:
- Contact phone number (can be changed before your parcel is delivered to the courier)
- Delivery address (can be changed before your parcel is delivered to the courier)
- Billing address (can only be changed for unpaid orders before your parcel is delivered to the courier. We cannot change the billing address after delivery.
- Mode of delivery (depending on the mode selected, there may be an additional charge, which will be notified separately)
- Payment method (before your parcel is delivered to the courier)
Modify products:
- We can add new products to your order or increase the number of items ordered free of charge before sending you a notification email, if you want to change the products ordered after this time, we will charge you a 690 HUF repacking fee (you can change the quantity before we deliver your package to the courier).
- If you forgot something in your order? We have already delivered your parcel to the courier. Don't worry, drop it off in a new order with us. To avoid extra costs for you, you can request a free delivery coupon here in the form. You can indicate this to us by filling in the details below. The coupon will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided and will be valid for 2 days.
- If you would like to delete a product from your order, or reduce the number of items ordered, you can indicate this on the form below (you can change it before your parcel is delivered to the courier).This change will be made free of charge before sending the notification email of the completion of your parcel, if you want to change the products ordered after this, we will unfortunately charge a 690 HUF repackaging fee.
