For all our products that are covered by the mandatory warranty, a warranty ticket is included in the package. We can only accept product complaints about the products we sell, which we will investigate after each complaint.
Once your application has been processed, we will contact you using one of the contact details provided.
As our suppliers and manufacturers are constantly improving their products, we reserve the right in some cases to send you a "successor" to a previously purchased product, i.e. a product that is typically the same but more up-to-date due to continuous improvements.
