ExpressOne courier service

The parcel is guaranteed to be delivered within 2-3 working days by Express One Hungary Kft's courier service staff, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on working days.
The courier service staff will send you a text message in advance to inform you about the arrival of the parcel. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to specify a work address as the delivery address (if available).

At the couriers, you can pay by cash or credit card.

MPL courier service - home delivery

MPL is the parcel delivery service of Magyar Posta. The parcel is guaranteed to be delivered by Magyar Posta staff within 2-3 working days, between 8 am and 5 pm on working days.

The courier service staff will inform you in advance by SMS about the arrival of the parcel. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to specify a work address as the delivery address (if available).

You can pay by cash or credit card at the courier.

GLS home delivery

With an excellent network, it enables fast and seamless parcel delivery, so parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

In addition to the huge GLS HUB, 89 depots and more than 2,200 couriers ensure that parcels reach their recipients as quickly as possible after proper sorting. In addition to home delivery, GLS also offers nationwide coverage in this segment with its network of 1,700 delivery points (GLS ParcelShops and GLS Vending Machines).

MPL PostaPont

p>With this delivery method, you can request delivery of the parcel to Magyar Posta branches or MOL service stations.
The parcel will arrive at the selected PostaPoint or MOL service station within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

GLS parcel point

Adapt your parcel pick-up to your own time with GLS Machines and GLS Parcel Points.

Most of the GLS Machines are located and are available from 0-24 hours. You have 5 working days to collect your parcel by entering the PIN code in the notification. Cash on delivery can only be paid by credit card in the case of a Vending Machine.

For GLS ParcelPoints, you also have 5 working days to pick up your parcel on presentation of a valid ID. With its excellent network, parcel delivery is fast and seamless, so parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Personal collection in our shop

In Budapest, in the XIV. district, you can pick up your parcel in person.

If you choose to receive your order in person, you can only pay online (simplepay or paypal) at the same time as placing your order.

Where is my order?

Order status notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your order for each stage of your order, if you can't find the email, please look in the spam and promotions folder of your email account first.

After the "Order Complete" notification email, the delivery time is no longer up to us, as your parcel has already been delivered to the courier service of your choice. However, the good news is that all delivery companies have a 24-hour parcel tracking service (you can find them by following the link below.)

Courier services will always send you the parcel number by email. With this number you can check where your shipment is.
