Have you handled it and don't like it? No problem!

If the product you have bought is not what you want, you can return it within 14 days, as required by law.

It's important to know that you can only use the product for a trial period, otherwise the depreciation resulting from its use may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For sealed products that cannot be returned after opening after delivery for health or hygiene reasons (ball deodorant, toothbrushes, massage oils, sexual aids, cosmetics, perfumes, dietary supplements, hair clippers, hair stylers, hairbrushes, men's razors, women's razors, epilators, IPL permanent hair removal, waxing tools, men's hair removal products, women's hair removal products, electric toothbrushes, toothbrush refills, thermometers, inhalers, etc. ) are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

The conditions for withdrawal are provided for in Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.

To cancel your order, please fill in the form below or print out the cancellation form attached to your order by email and send it to us  ugyfelszolgalat[kukac]longlashes.hu at the address below within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please return the product carefully in its original box, together with all its accessories. To ensure that neither the product nor the factory packaging is damaged, pack the original box in a different box, use a square sealer or foil. Please take care of the original packaging: do not tear, scribble or glue anything on it. Keep it just as you would want it if you were to buy it again.

We are unable to accept shipments sent by post or cash on delivery.

Once the parcel has been received and processed, we expect to refund the purchase price within 2-3 working days, which will be communicated to you by separate email.
